This system sends filled containers that are stacked and stored on conveyors to the next process one by one. Because delivered raw material containers are stacked and pooled, consignment can be managed in an orderly manner and the required area for cargo receiving space can be reduced.

This machine continuously measures the weight of the contents of the filled containers and calculates the total weight of products brought in each lot. Accurate load changing operation is enabled by the load change reflective plate. In addition, unmanned operation is possible by using the barcode reader.

Various container dampers including sliding types and inverting types are available for different types of items and purposes.

Citrus Fruit Tilting Type

This unit is connected to the tray conveyor and packs sorted fruits one by one for a preset weight into a tilted empty box. Since the drop distance is short, tangerines are gently packed. Two types are available based on the processing speed: Double Type and Single Type. This unit implements a rational boxing system by automatically selecting empty boxes.

Potato Tilting Type

This unit is connected to the tray conveyor and packs sorted produce one by one for a preset weight into a tilted empty box. Potatoes are packed gently with a short drop distance to keep the produce skin intact. This unit implements a rational boxing system by automatically selecting empty boxes.

Citrus Fruit Direct Boxing Type

This unit is connected to the tray conveyor and packs sorted fruits one by one for a set weight into a tilted empty box. This simple and efficient unit implements a rational boxing system by automatically selecting empty boxes.

The efficiency of boxing can be improved by using this unit which automatically moves up/down and discharges manually boxed products.

Single Type

This is a compact all-purpose type. Folding Container Combined Type is also available.

Tandem Type

Boxing of two types is possible with one unit. Simultaneous boxing of four types is possible when two units are lined up.

With this unit, products are managed by using a camera to read out product types and grades stamped on product boxes. Running costs can be reduced by using this unit as there is no need to use grade labels.

This unit temporarily stores product-boxes by product type, box size and product grade, and manages the shipping process such as direct loading on trucks or pallet stacking. Efficient receiving and shipping is possible with this unit, and it enables speedy and accurate shipping work. A compact yet large capacity storing facility can be installed by layering pool conveyors in multiple lines and tiers. A low-cost Free Roller Type is also available.

A robot stacks product boxes, empty containers, paper bags and other items on pallets. Rational pallet stacking is enabled when this unit is connected with the product pool line.
