In this system, agricultural products are randomly supplied to a tray conveyor shaped like piano keys and then directly sorted.

Pin Roller Type
This system features whole circumference measurement by rolling the Agricultural products on roller conveyo equipped with special hourglass-shaped carriers. With this system it is possible to sort even large citrus fruit such as shaddock, and also to perform special sorting by an internal quality sensor using NIR spectro scopic analysing by invasion method.

Tray equipped with barcode Type
In this system, Agricultural products are transferred and sorted on tray equipped with barcode.

ID Chip Tray Type

Bucket Sorters
Side Outlet Type
In this system, Agricultural products are placed on each currying bucket equipped with conveyor and to bedischarged into each graded receiving cusshoned boxes by tilting the bucket to the side.

Bottom Discharge Type
Agricultural products are placed on a rectangular bucket conveyor and are discharged downward into boxes.
Two types are available: Round Shaped Products Type and Elongated Products Type. In case of the round shaped products type, weight, shape measurement methods can be applied simultanuously. This system can realize high operational efficiency with the confuluence of multiple lanes for outletting , and realize dramatic labor-saving when an automatic casing unit is installed.

V-shape Type
This system transfers agricultural products on a slatted V-shaped bucket conveyor and discharges produce downward by half the distance of the drop distance of former models. Inspection of the entire surface is enabled with upper and lower cameras. This system demonstrates high operation efficiency with the confuluence of multiple lanes for outletting and enables dramatic labor-saving when an automatic boxing unit is installed.

Flat Sorter Type
This sorting system transfers produce on a flat, belt type bucket conveyor and horizontally slides the produce into a pool conveyor for outlet.

Floating Type
This sorting system transfers items on a comb shaped bucket conveyor and directly feeds them into a pool conveyor for manual boxing without dropping the items by lifting them up and hand into the pool conveyor. Since there is no dropping of produce at discharge or tumbling of produce during transfer, cucumber “thorns” are left intact.

Robot Sorter
The shape and size ofJapanese basil leaves called “ooba” are graded by a robot equipped with a precision CCD camera. Then the leaves are sorted by arranging them together by their petioles and aligning a batch of leaves at a preset pitch. Operating efficiency can be improved by installing an automatic supply unit (option) to the sorter.
